Incense Prayers in Sacramentary of Ratoldus

Two prayers used by the priest from 9th century Sacramentary of Ratoldus, for incense at the Offertory:

I. O Lord Our God, we earnestly pray with suppliant devotion that just as Thou hast received the gifts of Abel, Noah, Aaron, Zacharias, and Samuel, and all Thy Saints, so mayest Thou deign to receive this incense from our sinful hand unto an odor of sweetness, and the remission of all our sins.
II. O Lord, with this fragrance and incense, may Thy wrath be assuaged against me, this place, and this people, and do Thou mercifully grant that we may be the smoke of good fragrance to Thee for the taking hold of eternal life.
